Private Pilot Training

General Requirements

  • Be at least 17 years old, 16 to solo

  • Be able to read, write, speak and      understand English

  • Hold at least a 3rd class medical

  • Pass the FAA knowledge and  practical tests

Instrument Training

Once you have honed in your skill as a Private Pilot and would like to be a more well rounded pilot. The next step is Instrument Training. Becoming IFR rated will allow you to get you where you wanna go with less delays due to weather and make you a much safer and well rounded pilot

  • Hold at least a 3rd class medical

Flight Reviews

Is it about that time? Are you in need of a flight review to keep you legal? A flight review is required by the FAA for all pilots who intent on acting as pilot in command of an aircraft. For pilot certificate holders in the US a flight review is required at least once in 24 calendar months. A flight review consist of at least 1 hour of ground instruction and 1 hour of an in-flight review with a qualified CFI
